Position Overview

Job Description:

Our client a specialist in the education and care of schools are looking for a caretaker for their college in the Launceston area. 
Immediate Start!
Enhanced DBS in a school setting is essential. 
What we offer:
£14 an hour
Weekly pay
Weekly on going. 
Accrue Holiday pay.
Monday – Friday (NO WEEKENDS)
Hours - Monday - Friday 8am-4pm/8.30am-4.30pm. 

The Role

Various duties where needed, all equipment to be provided.
Lifting and moving deliveries around the site.
Mowing and maintaining garden areas.
Basic Maintenance tasks including fixing shelf's, painting, and varnishing.

Requirements:

Basic Handyperson experience preferred but no qualifications required.
Previous history of working in schools would be a bonus.
