Provide an effective estate maintenance service by undertaking caretaking, cleaning, basic repair and grounds maintenance duties in accordance with local and legislative procedures to meet customer and organisational needs.
Carrying out compliance testing

Completing all documents and paperwork concerning tasks completed
There will be some cleaning tasks, with the addition to support the maintenance team and could involve changing light bulbs, changing toilet seats and collecting bulk waste within communal areas only.
Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good condition and used in line with policies and procedures and relevant regulations, reporting faults, hazards and inappropriate practice promptly, to ensure a safe living and working environment.
