Birmingham City Council’s Careline Service supports approximately 9,000 citizens across the city to live safely and independently in their own homes through technology-enabled care solutions .

We are seeking creative, flexible, and resilient individuals to join our dynamic frontline service as a Careline Supervisor , leading a team delivering a vital 24/7 support function.

About the Role

This is a key leadership role within our frontline service, where you will manage a team of 17 staff , some of whom operate across a rolling shift pattern (12 hours 40 minutes) , including nights, weekends, and bank holidays .
