The Baseball Assistance Team is a nonprofit organization that confidentially assists members of the Baseball Family in need of financial, medical and psychological assistance.
Responsibilities
Support Career Transition Specialist in the coordination and execution of career transition programming and related initiatives.Assist in exporting, organizing, and uploading data for display and tracking purposes. A few software platforms we utilize are BridgeLearning (GamePlan) and TrackVia.Distribute GamePlan feedback forms and manage Podium X invitations for career transition program participants.Schedule and confirm meetings with former players who would like to consult with Career Transition Specialist about next steps.Compile and maintain a list of career development and education resources in key countries where applicants reside.Support designing and managing a calendar of weekly career and professi...
