Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Audit Executive to ensure accurate stock management and compliance with inventory processes. This role involves regular stock audits, discrepancy analysis, and coordination with cross-functional teams to maintain operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical stock verification and reconcile with system records
• Identify, investigate, and report inventory variances
• Ensure compliance with inventory SOPs (receiving, transfers, returns, stock handling)
• Monitor shrinkage and identify risks such as theft, errors, or process gaps
• Prepare audit reports and recommend corrective actions
• Coordinate with store, warehouse, and finance teams to resolve discrepancies
• Ensure timely closure of audit observations
