This European Finance team who are advisors of private equity sponsors are seeking a confident and capable Legal Assistant to work with senior lawyers for the day to day management of existing agreements.

The ideal candidate should be highly skilled with up to date IT skills; proven finance and paralegal experience previously – used to working across international time zones and to strict deadlines with outstanding communication skills.

You should also have excellent IT skills – including advanced Word and Excel and knowledge of working with document management systems (iManage)..
