Career Change/Start: Want to become a Quality Inspector?

We are looking for dedicated and skilled individuals from other industries or career starters to join our shop floor across several areas, including Engine Line, Module Line, and Piece Part Repair, in Bad Zurzach and Zurich Airport. You will take part in our MRO Fundamentals Training and On-the-Job Training programs to support your development.

As a Quality Inspector you will:

• Perform technical inspection and assessment of aircraft engine assemblies supporting one of our engine lines (GTF, LEAP, PW4000, CFM56) on schedule and according to OEM specifications and engineering orders
• Create repair orders for engines, modules, and piece parts
• Check modifications carried out on individual parts and assemblies
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Lean Events, 5S, Root Cause Analysis)
• Work independently and think and act economically
