Work location:1301 Pennsylvania Ave. Fort. Worth, TX 76104

Work hours: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM. This position requires one week of on‑call coverage per year.

* Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required. (Individuals hired as a Care Transition Supervisor prior to May 11, 2017 will be grandfathered with an ADN at the entity they were employed at on May 11, 2017)
