Salary: £37,500-£40,000 dependent on experience

Ourway Care is expanding across the South and South East, and we are looking for an experienced and motivated Care Manager to support the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within the community while helping to grow and strengthen our complex care services.

Working closely with the Registered Manager, you will support the management of care packages, lead and develop care teams, and help ensure that our services continue to deliver exceptional outcomes for the people we support.
