This role provides enhanced care management to victims of elder abuse and mistreatment. The Upstate Elder Abuse Center (UpEAC) delivers crisis intervention and safety support through its Elder Abuse Prevention and Fraud and Scams Prevention programs, as well as Enhanced Multidisciplinary Teams (E-MDT) across 13 counties.
