We are seeking an experienced, people-first business-led Care Home & Village Manager to lead the teams to service excellence at Broadview Lifecare & Village.

Broadview Lifecare & Village is an 85-bed Care Home and Hospital with a 27-unit Village situated in a rural setting. We provide care to four service levels (inclusive of a psychogeriatric level of care), which is a unique service providing greater learning opportunities for staff.

You’ll oversee all day-to-day operations, nurturing and developing staff, driving financial performance and, above all, ensuring a first-class resident experience. Supported by a dedicated Clinical Manager, your focus will be on operations and cultivating an environment where both residents and employees thrive.
