Position Overview

The Role
The Care Coordinator has clinical responsibility for the ongoing delivery of care to the residents within their allocated area, providing clinical leadership and expertise to the team of Registered Nurses (RNs), Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Carers ensuring the standard of care delivered meets customer and Amana Living expectations. This is a Full Time position working 76 hours per fortnight from Mosman Park Care Centre in Mosman Park. 

Roster below:
Monday: 08:30 - 16:45
Tuesday: 07:00 - 15:15
Wednesday: 08:30 - 16:45
Thursday: 08:30 - 16:45
Friday: 07:00 - 15:15
Key responsibilities:
Check the site allocation sheet and ensure adequate staffing for the shift and assist with covering any Clinical or Care vacancies.

Direct Clinical and care staff in the follow up any other queries, problems, concerns identified during handover.
