This is a development post, if you are appointed as a Band , you will be provided with a list of competencies to complete and an agreed timescale in which to complete these, up to a maximum of mths. Competencies will be reviewed in your supervisions and appraisals. Only on successful completion of these competencies, you will progress to a Band . 

The locality service supports people aged to who are living with severe mental health conditions and have complex psychiatric needs. We use a multi-disciplinary team approach to provide the right care and support. 

To be right for this job:

You have a degree or relevant professional registration as a Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Social worker and will be an active member of a dynamic, highly motivated, skilled and creative team.
