As a carer for our clients, you will support with the following:
Supporting clients with daily task, such as companionship and home helpAssisting clients with a verity of personal support.Support them to travel to routine appointments and days outPrompt/support them to take their medication(s)Build a supporting relationship with clients and their wider familyDocument when you have completed your tasksProvide feedback to support the client’s ongoing person-centred careQualifications
