36 hours per week on nights (8pm‑8am) including every other weekend; 48 hours per week on days (8am‑8pm) including every other weekend.

Oaklands House is located in the seaside town of Southwold in Suffolk. The home is surrounded by five acres of mature woodland, with spacious reception rooms and a south‑facing conservatory that provides a peaceful meeting place for residents and guests.

Typical Day

• Supporting individuals with personal care (hygiene, washing, dressing, etc.)
• Providing companionship and offering social interaction
• Maintaining accurate resident records
