Job Description
As an Evening Care Assistant, Support Worker, HCS or Home Carer you’ll be supporting older adults with their evening routines, providing reassurance and helping them feel safe at home.
Key Tasks
Evening personal care (washing, toileting, dressing for bed)Giving medication support and support with mobilityPreparing light meals, drinks and snacksOffering companionship and conversation at the end of the dayRecording simple care notes after each visitTaking clients out into the community for socialising or appointmentsIdeal Candidate
