About the role
We are transforming our Care Advisory Hub and looking for exceptional individuals to join us.
This is NOT a Call Centre role. This is a high-impact Sales & Relationship role. You will act as the trusted guide for families navigating the emotional journey of finding care, managing the entire pipeline from the first enquiry to the final move-in.

Your Schedule: You will work 4 days per week on 10-hour shifts (08:00 – 18:00).
Your Time Off: You will have 3 rest days every week.
