The Cardiovascular Technologist-Invasive works as a critical team member performing simple and complex diagnostic, therapeutic, and interventional cardiovascular and angiographic procedures in the adult and geriatric population. Operates the physiologic equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Positions and instructs the patient for the examinations. Anticipates potential safety concerns in the environment of care and intervenes as necessary. Participates in educational activities, departmental committees, and other healthcare related projects as assigned.
