IU Health Medical Group East Region-Cardiovascular Surgery is seeking a board-certified experienced cardiothoracic surgeon to join our highly collaborative team at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, Indiana. This is an exceptional opportunity for a surgeon looking to step into a high-impact role with strong mentorship and collaborative environment.
Position Highlights
Full-time (1.0 FTE); Weekdays plus call
On-call: 1:3 rotation, week-long call blocks
Clinical focus: Inpatient, OR, outpatient clinic
Patient volume: Clinic and Hospital: 10–20 patients/week (may vary)
Practice & Team
This is an established cardiovascular surgery group with:
3 cardiothoracic surgeons 
3 experienced advanced practice providers; also support weekend rounding and call
