Description of Duties

This position is located in the Cardiopulmonary Unit of Monroe Community Hospital. Responsibilities include assisting respiratory staff with routine medical procedures, maintaining related hospital equipment and performing clerical duties. The duties are performed under licensed and credentialed respiratory staff. The employee must be able to move heavy items such as supplies and equipment and work in an environment with exposure to odors, fumes, infections, and fluctuating room temperatures. The employee reports directly to and works under general supervision from the Cardiopulmonary Services Manager. Does related work as required.
