Position Overview

Coverage:  
Weekend night in-house call support preferred (Friday Sunday)
Shift Hours: 
Friday: 5 PM 7 AM (may start up to 8 PM if needed)
Saturday & Sunday: 6 PM 7 AM
Setting:  Cardiac ICU coverage with APP support on all shifts
Responsibilities:  Manage STEMI, unstable VT/VF, cardiogenic shock, and admissions
Support:  Interventional, EP, and Heart Failure teams available for backup
A Physician will have an APP supporting the shift at all times. 
Skills Required: Board Certified, strong ECG and Echo interpretation
EMR:  Cerner
Requirements:  Board Certified in Cardiology - Required  
Active NC License and NC DEA - Required
