Job Summary and Responsibilities Dignity Health Medical Group has a need for a EP Advanced Practitioner in Prescott, AZ (90 minutes from downtown Phoenix, AZ).
Collaborate closely with the Electrophysiologist.
Conduct thorough pre-procedure evaluations, including patient history review, physical assessments, and interpretation of diagnostic tests.
Educate patients and their families about the details of heart procedures, including risks, benefits, and post-procedure care instructions.
Assist in the coordination of patient care throughout the process, from pre-procedure preparation to post-procedure recovery and follow-up.
Monitor patients' progress and recovery following procedures, addressing any complications or concerns as they arise.
Provide ongoing patient education on medication management and lifestyle modifications to support long-term heart health.
