Position Overview
Seeking BE/BC interventional cardiologist to join top hospital due to increased patient need/demand.
- Outpatient and inpatient role
- Standard office hours (Mon-Thurs: 8am-5pm / Friday 8am-12pm)
- 3 days clinic / 1 day lab / 1 day call
- Call Schedule: 1:4 Stemi call (1:3 with hospital, 1 weekend per month covered by MUSC IC physicians; 1:6 rotation for general cardiology call.)
- Protected administrative time (4 hours per week)
- Average Patient Volume: Patients per day
- 20 mins new / 20 mins follow up (can be altered to fit the new physician, within reason)
- Call Schedule: no more than 10 days per month
- 5 APPS employed now that cover clinic and inpatient consults, stress lab.
- Support Staff: Dedicated team including nurses, front office staff, ultrasound technicians, and experienced RNs with Cardiac Care expertise.
