The Cardiac Electrophysiologist provides specialized cardiovascular care focused on the diagnosis and management of heart rhythm disorders. This role includes invasive and non-invasive electrophysiology services, procedural management, and longitudinal care of patients with arrhythmias, working collaboratively within multidisciplinary cardiology and cardiovascular care teams to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and manage patients with cardiac arrhythmias, including atrial fibrillation, supraventricular tachycardia, ventricular arrhythmias, and conduction disorders
Perform electrophysiology procedures consistent with training and privileges, including diagnostic EP studies, catheter ablation, and device implantation and management (pacemakers, ICDs, CRT devices)
