This Clinical Nurse Specialist position reports to both the Director, Medicine, Perinatal and Children’s Health and the Director, Professional Practice. You will leverage your nursing expertise to improve patient care through resource planning, program development, and leadership initiatives. Key responsibilities include acting as a liaison between hospitals and community programs while staying current with clinical literature to foster an autonomous nursing practice.
