Position Overview
Job Description:
- In charge of managing and developing relationships with an assigned portfolio of existing customers to enhance retention and business growth.
- In charge of sourcing and pursing new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold outreach, and networking activities.
- Responsible in keeping accurate and updated customer information while preparing regular sales performance reports
- Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination and a positive customer experience.
- In charge of supporting the planning and implementation of sales strategies that contribute to the company's business objectives.
