Job Purpose

To provide a high-quality parking service across council-operated car parks, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient use of facilities. The role involves customer interaction, monitoring parking activity, and supporting enforcement and maintenance activities on behalf of Equans.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Duties
  • Patrol assigned car parks to monitor usage and ensure compliance with parking regulations.
  • Issue Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) in accordance with council policies (if authorised).
  • Check pay-and-display machines and report faults or maintenance issues.
  • Ensure car parks are clean, tidy, and free from hazards or obstructions.
