Title: Capture Manager - Bids & Proposals
Reports to: Regional Director - UK
Location: Manchester (Hybrid/Remote)
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong knowledge of UK public sector procurement and framework environments.Proven experience leading complex bids and capture activity.Experience controlling and managing framework vehicles.Commercially astute with strong strategic thinking capability.Excellent written communication and proposal development skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.Experience operating within a global organisation.Exposure to NATO or multinational procurement desirable.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.Key Responsibilities:
