Job Responsibilities
Maintain high standards of guest service, presentation, and cleanliness.Guide and support junior staff during service.Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.Ensure mise-en-place is complete and replenished.Monitor inventory and coordinate with relevant departments.Uphold hygiene, safety, and grooming standards.Assist in training and onboarding of new team members.
