Job Description/Requirements.

**Proposed Schedule:** 40 hours per week. Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm. This position does require flexibility with scheduling in order to meet school schedules.

The Comprehensive Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention (CAPP) Program Health Educator will provide support to the CAPP Program.

• Deliver evidence-based program with fidelity to youth in a variety of settings as prescribed by the CAPP grant
• Work collaboratively with the Health Education Supervisor/Program Director to determine, document, and submit curriculum Master Adaptations to ACT for Youth for approval as necessary.
• Conduct community outreach and education, including adult educational programming
• Complete required reporting accurately and timely as required
