What it's about
In this position, you have the opportunity to play an important role in Partners Group's Capital Markets team, responsible for all debt financing-related aspects of Partners Group's Private Equity and Private Infrastructure investments globally, across their life cycle.
Your responsibilities will include:
Structure and negotiate debt financings for new buyouts / investments, incremental capital raises, recapitalizations, amendment & extensions, repricing and refinancings of portfolio companies / assets across Partners Group’s Private Equity and Private Infrastructure businesses Serve as an important markets and capital structure advisor to investment and management teams including with respect to exit processes Maintain and expand relationships with banks, institutional investors, legal counsel, and other market participants Proactively generate value enhancing financing ideas for existing investment...
