Summary:

The Director of Capital Markets Business Management role will be responsible for leading the middle office team dedicated to the daily support of business activities, transactions, ISDA documentation, deal documentation, client onboarding ad process completeness and accuracy. The team is comprised of professional subject matter experts in products and systems which support Over the Counter Sales and Trading (Derivatives, Foreign Exchange, Commodities), Securities Sales and Trading (Fixed Income and Equities), and Public and Corporate Finance business lines (ECM, DCM, SLT, Muni, Loan Trading)
