The candidate with good knowledge of FEMA regulations and RBI guidelines relating to the capital account transaction viz ODI/ECB/FDI. 3 to years of Capital account desk (FDI/ODI/ ECB/LO-BO-PO/FIRMS/ ESOP) experience commensurate with Grade applying for. Should be Able to understand the Balance Sheet of corporates. Team player and able to coordinate with Service / Coverage team and provide guidance Customer Centric with ability to provide solution with RBI guidelines. Good communication skills to be demonstrated in client and RM engagement Taking complete ownership of transaction. Ability to be firm and able to explain the RBI guidelines to client / sales team/ branches. Should be able to draft applications (with good English) for RBI approval / waivers.
