**Job Description**

The Capacity Management Analyst I applies knowledge of the client’s clinical or business requirements, Epic Cadence application capabilities, and technical skills to implement and support advanced scheduling throughout the Ambulatory enterprise. The Capacity Management Analyst I will be a subject matter expert (SME) in Epic Cadence, client and Access Center operations workflows. The Capacity Management Analyst I is responsible for the implementation of new decision support systems and modifications to existing systems. The Capacity Management Analyst I is also responsible for the application configuration, go-live support, and on-going client support. He/she works on multiple projects concurrently.
