Capability Manager – Repair Engineering (Full Time, Derby)

We’re seeking a Capability Manager to lead Repair Engineering in Derby. This is a critical role supporting the Aftermarket and Civil ET&S organisations, with a strong focus on reducing Shop Visit Costs across the business. It’s an exciting time for Repair Engineering as we pivot into operational focus (lean and digitisation) and transformation through how we work.

As an Engineering Leader, you will lead a high‑performing team, ensuring capability, capacity and delivery are aligned to both current priorities and future strategic needs.
