Job Description:
Train and embed identified process improvements to the relevant service delivery teams to build consistent team capability.Drive change management for all projects, transitions and deployments and transformation projects within GSS PS.Work with GSS PS teams to identify skills gaps and make recommendations for individual development plan inclusions.Drive the embedding of standardised global processes and technical skills to ensure consistent ways of working.Perform on-going reviews as part of the CI Team to monitor delivery of services, projects and programs within the portfolio to identify knowledge gaps.Design, plan programs to address identified gaps for GSS PS teams.Obtain, organize, or develop training activities, course materials, standards, or visual training materials.Work with Learning CoE and GSS L&D team to promote a learning culture.Ensure transfer of skill by identifying gaps in know...
