As Capability Building & Customer Excellence Manager, you will play a key role in deploying capability programs, enabling adoption of International Commercial Excellence ways of working, and supporting patient experience initiatives in a regulated healthcare environment. This is a hands‑on, cross‑functional role for someone who can turn global frameworks into practical local execution, use data and AI to improve learning impact, and partner effectively across internal teams and external vendors. We are looking for a hands‑on, structured and digitally curious professional who can translate strategy into practical learning, adoption and execution across complex stakeholder groups.
