Position Overview
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done. Anantara employees always find new ways to look after the business their guests and their colleagues. Within this the key responsibilities for this position are:
- Organize plan and control the day-to-day operations of the canteen.
- Maintain HACCP cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Check the food quality every meal presentation and set-up of the buffet and salad bar.
- Ensure all machinery is working properly on a regular basis.
- Ensure that all team members food complaints and suggestions are attended
- Assist and plan menu and organize team members duty roster for the cafeteria.
- Suggest measures to minimize operational cost and carry out monthly inventories of stores equipment etc.
