We are hiring an administrative, customer-service-oriented individual for part-time contract role working with Client's Talent Acquisition team as a Recruitment Coordinator.
Our Recruitment Coordinators work with our candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to support various aspects of the end-to-end recruitment process.
From responding to candidates expressing interest in roles to scheduling to supporting the onboarding process, the coordinators have a hand in ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
Our recruitment coordinators possess excellent communication skills, a positive demeanor, strong attention to detail and enjoy multi-tasking and learning new processes!
This position is hybrid, 25-29 hours per week and based in Decatur, IL or another clients location.
