工作概述：
1.提供亲切, 友善, 礼貌及高效率的餐饮服务给所有客人,以确保客人满意并能达到最佳的就餐体验；
2.协助餐厅日常运作及履行后场划单的常规操作。
工作职责：
1.负责收集食品点单并且传递信息给厨房员工；
2.负责检查点单上所有必需的食品伴随物；
3.准备传菜摆台所需物品；
4.根据点单,确保正确划单；
5.负责确保传菜生把食品送到准确的台号和包房；
6.及时向厨师长报告出现的问题和客人的特殊需求，以便作出迅速及恰当的应对；
7.清楚了解并掌握食品服务标准及产品知识；
8.时常保持专业的仪容仪表及个人卫生以符合酒店标准；
9.根据营运需求，服从上级安排的其他工作；
10.按照酒店员工手册及相关培训文件来指导员工在任何时候都必须遵守所有规章制度；
11.任何时候都必须遵守公司的规章制度及政策和程序。

技能要求
1.能够读写英语。
学历
1.高中及以上学历，或酒店管理，餐饮或相关领域的职业证书。
经验
2.1年以上相关工作经历，或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
