Position Overview
1. 协助餐饮部日常运营工作,包括餐前准备、顾客接待、点单服务、餐中巡台及餐后收尾等基础服务环节;
2. 学习并执行食品安全与卫生管理规范,配合完成餐具清洁、区域消杀及台账记录等工作;
3. 在带教导师指导下参与简单菜品制作、饮品调制或宴会布置等实操任务,积累一线服务与运营经验;
4. 配合部门完成客户意见收集、基础数据整理及临时交办的其他支持性工作。
1. 在校大学生或应届毕业生,专业不限,对餐饮服务行业有基本认知与从业意愿;
2. 具备良好的沟通表达能力、服务意识及团队协作精神,能适应轮班与节假日工作安排;
3. 身体健康,无传染性疾病,符合国家关于食品从业人员的健康要求;
4. 遵守劳动法律法规,无违法违纪记录,能提供真实有效的身份及学籍证明材料。
