1. 负责餐厅日常迎宾、点单、上菜、席间服务及结账等全流程顾客服务工作；
2. 保持服务区域整洁有序，及时补充餐具、餐巾等服务用品；
3. 主动关注顾客需求，妥善处理用餐过程中的合理咨询与服务请求；
4. 配合团队完成班前准备、班后收尾及交接工作，遵守食品安全与操作规范。

1. 高中及以上学历，年龄不限，无性别、民族、宗教信仰等限制性要求；
2. 具备良好的沟通能力与服务意识，能适应快节奏工作环境；
3. 身体健康，无法律禁止从事餐饮服务的传染性疾病（如活动性肺结核、化脓性或渗出性皮肤病等），乙肝病毒携带者不影响录用；
4. 无犯罪记录，未被依法禁止从业，能提供真实有效的身份及学历证明材料；
5. 接受岗前培训，服从排班安排，具备基本普通话交流能力。
