Position Summary

To assist in the leadership of the OMNI area and processes through partnership with the OMNI Assistant Manager and ensure a high level of customer service while ensuring task completion.

What you'll do

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting customers politely, assisting with product/service promotion, locating merchandise, facilitating purchases, resolving issues, and referring concerns as appropriate.
• Assists in providing direction and coordination of task completion per communicated priorities from the OMNI Assistant Manager and Store Management Team.
• Assesses overall presentation of the OMNI area, noting deficiencies for corrective action.
• Delegate, assist, and follow up on completion of daily OMNI activities.
• Support with scheduling as needed.
• Review, follow‑up, and act on opportunities from key OMNI metrics – Presubs, FTPR, CSAT, etc.
