Position Overview
Position Summary To assist in the leadership of the OMNI area and processes through partnership with the OMNI Assistant Manager and ensure a high level of customer service while ensuring task completion.
What you’ll do
Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and facilitating purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
Assists in providing direction and the coordination of task completion as per communicated priorities from the OMNI Assistant Manager and the Store Management Team.
Assesses the overall presentation of the OMNI area, noting deficiencies for corrective action.
Delegates, assists and follows up on completion of daily OMNI activities.
Supports scheduling as needed.
Reviews, follows up and actions opportunities on key OMNI metrics (Presubs, FTP...
