Position Summary

This role oversees the development and implementation of strategies to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency, throughout all project phases, from development and execution and warranty.

What you’ll do

This role develops and implements construction strategies to enhance processes, facilities, and material handling equipment installations across networks. The role focuses on reducing costs, improving safety, and enhancing service quality. It involves working with senior leadership to approve new development applications and presenting construction and capital projects concepts for approval. Managing suppliers, consultants and contractors to ensure timely and budget‑compliant program delivery is essential, as is supporting the team in tracking and publishing performance metrics.
