Your Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a part-time Campus Community Assistant Intern to join our Campus Management Team from March 2026 for 3 months. This will be an unpaid internship. 

The opportunity: 

To deliver a friendly, efficient front desk and administrative service for BSBI, providing administrative support to staff in the School and a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all BSBI community and guests at all times.

Key Activities & Responsibilities:

Front desk

• Covering the front desk during operation hours
• Be the first point of contact for staff enquiries and provide support
• Check and respond to the team’s shared inbox
• Greet and assist visitors, students, faculty, and staff in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide accurate information about university services, facilities, and events
