**Key FunctionS of Position:**
The Corporate Specialist position will report to Campbell Global's General Counsel and provide support across various departments within the firm. Key functions of the position are as follows: corporate secretarial, contract management, real estate transactions, land use and operational support, litigation management, regulatory oversight and compliance, governance matters, legal research and special projects.

**Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Assuming primary responsibility of Campbell Global's Contract Management program overseeing timely review and delivery of operational and land use contracts and ancillary documents while coordinating with outside counsel and internal stakeholders.
