Manage an outbound sales team to achieve and exceed performance targets for insurance campaigns. Support the teams with coaching, guidance, and mentorship to meet campaign expectations. Use excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and manage client relationships, manage client expectations and deliverables through consistent engagements. Closely monitor and report on campaign performance, as well as address challenges and concerns which could hinder performance.
