Position Overview
Responsibilities - Identify growth opportunities for user acquisition and channel optimization through data-driven research
- Plan and execute targeted social media campaigns to increase exposure and visibility
- Design and manage DeFi-focused campaigns to drive KPIs such as TVL, transaction volume, and trading volume
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Business Development teams to align campaign strategies
- Develop cohesive go-to-market (GTM) plans with clear timelines
- Leverage historical data and customer insights to optimize the marketing channel mix
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and performance metrics to ensure successful ROI
- Support product launches, ecosystem events, and developer programs with targeted initiatives
