Role Overview We are looking for an immediate joiner with 1β2 years of experience to
manage the execution of multi-channel customer engagement campaigns. This is a hands-on
execution role focused on CRM management, Whats App campaign deployment, and
performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Whats App & Multi-Channel Execution
β’ Execute pre-defined marketing campaigns across Whats App, Email, and Push
Notifications.
β’ Handle end-to-end deployment: segment targeting, content uploading, and scheduling.
β’ Ensure all communications follow brand guidelines and correct sequencing.
2. Journey Creation & CRM Execution
β’ Create and set up automated workflows and drip campaigns under guided direction.
β’ Execute lifecycle journeys (such as Onboarding, Retention, and Reactivation)
following clear instructions.
